1.  Merely sending us an email does not establish an attorney-client relationship. 
2.  You should NEVER send us or anyone else an email containing confidential or personal identifying information (social security or VA claim numbers, birth dates, medical diagnoses, or bank account numbers).
3.  In an effort to minimize legal costs and expenses, we do not employ a large administrative staff.  When you call, you will probably get a recording asking you to leave a message.  In most instances, we will return your call within 24 hours.
4.  We try to check our email daily.  However, email should never be relied upon exclusively for time-sensitive communications (for example, where you have only a week or two left to appeal an agency's denial of benefits).
