The Law Office of Amrit Sidhu

Amrit Sidhu is our managing attorney.  Amrit is originally from Chicago, and graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia. 

Amrit earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Montana School of Law where she focused on Disability Law.  She later worked for the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs and U.S. Social Security Administration as an adjudicator and attorney-advisor. 

Amrit has been in private practice since 2006 and has had an exceptional success rate for both VA and Social Security clients.  Amrit is fully accredited to represent veterans and their dependents at the regional office level, the Board of Veterans' Appeals (BVA), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claim (CAVC).

Phillip White is our volunteer benefits counselor and general business manager.  Phillip was born in Compton (in the Los Angeles area), was raised in rural San Diego County, and served in the U.S. Air Force as a B-52 Crew Chief.  

Phillip graduated from Montana State University in Bozeman, then earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Montana School of Law where he focused on Federal Indian Law and Water Rights.  He has worked for the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs as a Field Examiner, and for the Department of Interior and Department of Defense in Real Property Asset Management.  Phillip’s ‘day job’ is as a Senior Program Manager with the U.S. Marine Corps at Camp Pendleton, Calif.
